About the Race

Race day on the Arabian Sea

IRONMAN 70.3 Goa starts at first light on Miramar Beach, with a warm, sheltered ocean swim and a rolling start that keeps the field moving.

The bike leg runs north on closed coastal highway — long open straights, two short headland climbs, and sea views for most of the 90 km. The run returns to the Mandovi riverfront for three flat loops and a finish in the heart of Panaji.

  • Closed-road bike course with full traffic management
  • Warm-water swim, typically 27–29°C at race start
  • Race village, expo and briefing within walking distance of transition
